Question 1

When will my order ship?

Accepted Answer

Typically orders ship within one to two business days of being placed. The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Depending on destination location, ground transit is eight to fifteen days, air transit is five to ten days and oversize shipments via LTL fright carrier may take a little longer. Maxxshops will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Although Maxxshops makes every effort to ship your order according to the estimated lead time, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If there are any unexpected order processing delays, Maxxshops will contact you and provide a revised shipping estimate.

Question 2

What if I am not home to receive my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders less than 300 lbs. are shipped UPS, FedEx, Purolator or Canada Post and do not require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home to accept your package, UPS, FedEx, Purolator or Canada Post will leave the delivery at your home in areas like your front porch, a side door, garage area, or with your leasing office at the driver’s discretion. Orders more than 300 lbs. are delivered by freight trucks (also known as LTL carriers). Generally, the delivery company will contact you to make an appointment before attempting delivery.

Question 3

What if I want to cancel or change my order after I have submitted it?

Question 6

What is your Returns or Exchange Policy?

Accepted Answer

Products may be returned for a full refund of the product purchase price plus applicable taxes within 14 days of receipt/invoice. Orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Maxxshops recommends that you use a carrier that offers tracking for all returns and that you insure your package and declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use these services, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. To ensure proper credit, packages should be clearly marked with the RMA number prior to returning to Maxxshops. If you return product without an RMA number, your shipment will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Question 7

I received a Defective Product, what should I do?
